There is another StreetEasy price hike on the Zillow-owned New York City<\/a> product. It was free to post a rental exclusive until August 2017, when prices jumped to $3 per day. In Jan 2019 the price jumped 50% to $4.50 per day.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n Starting Jan 2020, the Streeteasy price hike increases to $6 per day, and all listings must be entered using their proprietary platform. Feeds from long-standing REBNY vendors such as RealtyMX, OLR, Nestio, and Brokers NYC will no longer be able to send rental listings.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n Landlords, subletters, real estate agents, and brokers can advertise their listings for a fraction of the cost. Advertisers can pay $20 to activate a listing<\/a> for seven days. During this time, our algorithm automatically keeps the listing high up in the search results.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n<\/figure>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
